Warranty

All STIHL products purchased online will be issued a STIHL warranty.

1. Tools used for home/farming applications receive a 2 year warranty. Double the warranty of your STIHL 2 MIX, STIHL 4 MIX® and STIHL 2 Stroke petrol tools purchased online to 4 years by adding HP Ultra Oil (minimum 1L) to your purchase.

2. Tools used in a professional application receive a 6 month warranty

3. STIHL Polymer Bodied/decked Lawnmowers (domestic use) receive a 10 year warranty on the polymer body (not associated parts) the handle and the catcher.

The STIHL ADVANCE X-Climb Arborist Helmet Set is ideally suited to Arborists who are working off the ground in trees or buckets. The helmet has the latest in comfort features, is lightweight, adjustable and breathable. Good ventilation, 4-point chinstrap with magnetic closure and comfortable ratchet adjustment of the headband.

Stihl Advance X - Climb helmet with Advance Procom system

A great helmet, very comfortable and stable with internal support cushions the head well. I added the Advance Procom system to the helmet that now allows Bluetooth comms, radio, phone, music via mbl. The Advance x- Climb helmet balances well with the addition (small) weight of the comms system. The rechargeable battery life on procom system is excellent 30+ hrs use, and without a doubt both this helmet and procom system are coupled perfectly together, for comfort and ease of use. Earmuffs are comfortable and high quality aircraft grade, great sound and clarity when using phone. Stihl app for procom system allows you to turn the mesh comm function off if only wanting music, phone use. Helmet is high quality, well ventilated and look great and no restrictions when doing tree work. I wear this helmet everyday with no problem, lightweight comfort. Massive thank you to Allan and Desiree at Stihl shop, 1059 Amohau St. Rotorua for all there product support and advice wouldn't have got these Stihl products it if it wasn't for there hard work and technical knowledge & advice. Awesome service & support from this shop and staff as always.. Recommend the helmet with the procom coupled together this helmet. Advance x- climb helmet is well designed and balanced for it. Recommended best system on the market with the usual Stihl quality you'd expect.

Light and comfortable

Well as much as I don’t really like hard hats and earmuffs and from my experience earmuffs on them are pretty average. Brought today and tried it out and I was surprised that it’s pretty comfortable and the earmuffs are pretty good too, would recommend 100%
