Details

The GHE 35 L Garden Chipper is perfect for shredding woody cuttings up to 35mm thick. This chipper is very compact and easy to move around the garden. It is exceptionally quiet due to the low speed roller cutting system. The clover aperture aids comfortable and controlled feeding. The shredded material is on average reduced by 75% and falls directly into a 60 L catcher, which is easy to empty into the compost.

The crushing device on the STIHL GHE 135 L Electric Garden Chipper is equipped with a robust, low-speed blade roller. Should any branches become stuck, the automatic reverse function conveniently dislodges the offending clippings.
Quiet

The roller draws in branches and twigs at only 40 revolutions per minute while operating smoothly and quietly.

Integrated shredder bag

The transparent shredder bag is built into this quiet Electric Garden Chipper. It can hold up to 60 litres of clippings and has recessed grips for practical handling. For your safety, the STIHL Garden Shredder can only be operated when the catcher box is inserted correctly.
Cloverleaf opening

The cloverleaf opening in the feed chute makes it easier to feed branch material into the STIHL Garden Chipper and ensures maximum operating safety. Even branch material with side shoots and twigs can be fed easily into the wide opening and shredded efficiently. Soft clippings can be inserted through the adjacent rectangular opening on the garden shredder.

it works!!

once you learn how to get the best of this machine, it works well, it's all about how you feed it, and you need to be patient, and work within the machines limits, if the sticks/branches are close to the maximum cut size, it'll cut them easier when they are green, and it will strain the machine if they are too dry, any leaves need to be on the dry side as apposed to being too fresh, or they will literally form a mat on top of the cutting drum, and will prevent cutting to take place, it is relativley quiet and is doing a good job, i'm happy with the tool, and i'd recommend it, remember what i stated above,
