Details

The STIHL HT 135 can handle professional use in tree maintenance, orchards and council work, it is ideally suited for pruning trees, removing dead wood or breakage after storms, and cutting back trees. The HT 135 has a telescopic shaft that can be extended from 270 - 390 cm.

The lightweight gearbox design provides high-speed precision while pruning and makes handling easier when reaching for high branches. The squared shaft design increases rigidity which provides better control while also reducing fatigue. The high performance 4-MIX engine packs a real punch but is light on petrol consumption.

Your Pole Pruner will require engine oil and bar lube. We recommend STIHL HP TWO STROKE ENGINE OIL and STIHL SYNTH PLUS CHAIN LUBRICATION for your machine.

Magnesium Gearbox

Due to the magnesium gearbox, the head of the Pole Saw is both robust and lightweight, making it perfect for professionals. It also reduces strain when working over long periods of time.
STIHL 4-Mix Engine

This engine combines the advantages of a 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine, resulting in less exhaust gases, no oil servicing and a more pleasant sound as well as excellent pulling power and high torque.
Manual Fuel Pump

At the press of a button, this small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburetor, reducing the number of starting pulls needed after an extended break between uses.
Anti-Vibration System

STIHL has a system for minimizing the vibration levels of handheld outdoor power equipment. The STIHL anti-vibration system helps reduce operator fatigue and provides a more comfortable working experience.
Professional Chain Tensioning

The lateral chain tensioning prevents the hand from coming into contact with the saw chain. This is used for safe and easy tensioning of the chain. The integrated dipstick on the sprocket cover makes it easier to control the direction when positioning and sawing.
Sturdy Branch Hook

After pruning, loose clippings can be easily removed from the tree with the branch hook.
Professional Telescopic Shaft

The square telescopic drive tube is rigid and robust. The length of the shaft can be easily adjusted without the need for tools, allowing you to work at different heights and to make transporting the machine easier.
Quick Shaft Length Adjustment

With the ergonomic quick adjustment, the length of the Pole Pruner can easily be varied from 270 to 390 cm. The adjustment is done by simply loosening and tightening the quick adjustment by a 1/4 turn.
Multifunction Handle

All engine controls are integrated in the multifunction handle. The device is operated easily and safely while your hand remains on the handle.

Great versatile saw

Has been fantastic and can get through very large branches even though it has such a small bar and thin chain. It does need the harness though as it has such leverage being so long. Actually thought this should have been supplied with the saw.
