The STIHL MS 151 T is the lightest petrol top handle Chainsaw in the STIHL range. It is designed for professional tree climbers and is compact and highly portable. The top handle ensures the saw is easy to manoeuvre while climbing. It is a breeze to start with STIHL ErgoStart and the 2-MIX engine produces less emissions and has lower fuel consumption than a comparable saw without this technology.

NOTE:

Your Chainsaw will require engine oil and bar lube. We recommend STIHL HP ULTRA TWO STROKE ENGINE OIL and STIHL SYNTH PLUS CHAIN LUBRICATION for your machine.

2-MIX Engine

Modern, powerful and economical engine. Provides fuel savings and reduced emissions.
Anti-vibration System

Vibrations from power tools can lead to negative effects on blood vessels. STIHL has developed a system for minimizing the levels. This also helps reduce operator fatigue and provides a more comfortable working experience.

Ematic Chain Lubrication System

A reservoir holds bar oil until it is picked up by the passing chain. This achieves maximum lubrication resulting in longer wear and less oil consumption.
Easy Open Fuel and Oil Tanks

Special caps on the fuel and oil tanks allow for easy opening and re-fueling.

Ergostart

STIHL ErgoStart (E) reduces the effort required to start the tool. All it takes is 2 fingers and a gentle pull action.
Primer

When you push the button a small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor. As a result the machine is easier to start.

Captive Nuts

When changing the Bar, you will not risk losing the nuts on the sprocket.
Side Chain Tensioner

There is a tensioning screw on the side of the Chainsaw through the sprocket cover. This is easy to use and removes the need for contact with the sharp saw chain.
