The STIHL FS 55 C-E petrol Line Trimmer is fitted with a time proven and reliable engine that won't let you down. It has a straight shaft and is the lowest priced model in the STIHL range that can be fitted with a metal grass cutting blade.

Featuring STIHL ErgoStart easy starting technology the FS 55 C-E can be started with one easy pull. The bulbar handle is designed to provide comfort to the operator while mowing large areas.

This is the perfect weed eater for home or lifestyle block users where there is a range of vegetation to trim.

The FS 55 C-E comes with a domestic 2-year warranty and you'll have access to ongoing service and support from your local STIHL SHOP.

NOTE:

Your weed eater will require engine oil. We recommend STIHL HP TWO STROKE ULTRA ENGINE OIL for your machine.

Primer

When you push the button a small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor. As a result the machine is easier to start.
Easy to Use Controls

Easy to use with thumb operated controls on the handle.

Bike Handle

When used in conjunction with a harness the bike handle enables a smooth mowing action from left to right. This handle configuration is ideal when mowing large areas.
AutoCut Mowing Head

Double mowing lines, for trimming work around the garden. Mowing lines are automatically extended when the mowing head is tapped on the ground.

ErgoStart Easy Starting

STIHL ErgoStart (E) reduces the effort required to start the tool. All it takes is 2 fingers and a gentle pull action.
Grass Blades can be Fitted

As this Linetrimmer can be fitted with a grass blade it is suitable for tougher jobs in comparision to the other homer user Linetrimmers.

Full Harness

Using a harness makes trimming work more comfortable, particularly during lengthy jobs.
