The STIHL SHOP Online website will start to process your order as soon as possible so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that changes cannot be made once the order has been placed. However exchanges or refunds will be accepted up to 14 days from the date the order was placed, provided the items are in their original condition & packaging. Machines must not have been operated or had fuel added.

 

Simply return the products directly to the store you purchased from for a refund or exchange. Courier returns to our distribution centre or stores cannot be accepted. You must take the products back to your selected STIHL SHOP store. Click here to view our Returns Policy

 

In addition to the above, STIHL the other suppliers to the STIHL SHOP website and your selected STIHL SHOP store, will meet all their obligations under the CGA (for example in the unlikely event that the product is faulty, does not meet acceptable quality, or does not meet its description, etc).
