A: 205 minutes, or to charge it up to 80%, it takes 160 minutes

Q: Are the batteries interchangeable?

A: Yes, all of the tools in the COMPACT Cordless System use the same style of battery. There are three different batteries in the range, which all have different capacities. For the RMA 248, we recommend the higher capacity AK 30 as it will provide a longer run time.

Q: What Should I Wear?

A: We recommend that you wear sturdy boots or shoes and snug-fitting clothes and eye protection.

Q: How Large is the Catcher?

A: The RMA 248 has a 52 litre catcher.

Q: Will I need to sharpen the blades?

A: Keeping the Lawnmower blades sharp will give your lawn a better finish. You can have your blades sharpened at your nearest STIHL SHOP.

A: No there is no gradual drop in performance – the battery runs at full power until it is fully depleted.

A: If you wish to clean your Battery Lawnmower use a damp cloth or soft brush. For safety reasons tie your hair back and wear gloves.
