There are no fuel costs or exhaust emissions. STIHL Battery Line Trimmers continue to run at full capacity, even as the battery drains. The FSA 86 R delivers an excellent cutting performance and has low vibrations which means it's more pleasant to operate.
The variable speed trigger allows you to control cutting speed, combine this with the loop handle and you can quickly and easily manoeuvre around delicate garden plants. This weed eater comes with the AutoCut C 6-2 as a standard cutting head. You can also buy the Polycut 6-2 for tougher vegetation.
The FSA 86 R is part of our AP Cordless Battery System - the battery can be used on a wide range of other tools from the AP range.

A: Yes, all of the tools in the PRO Cordless System use the same style of battery. There are 7 different batteries in the range, which all have different capacities. For the FSA 86 R, we recommend the mid range AP 200 battery to provide the perfect balance between power and weight, but you can use any of the other batteries in this range.
