What happens if I cannot return my items to the store I purchased from?

As our stores are all owned independently by local owners we request you make any returns or exchanges to the store you selected online. However, if this is not possible other stores can accept your return and the refund will be processed by our central customer service team, this may take a 3-4 days to arrange.

The returned products must be in the orginal packaging and in a sellable condition for the return to be accepted. (unless they were received damaged)
