The STIHL RM 655 VS Professional Petrol Lawnmower, designed for larger and more demanding mowing areas, is ideal for commercial users such as Lawnmowing Contractors and Grounds Care workers. Its robust aluminium body houses a powerful commercial KOHLER engine, ensuring durability and performance.

The mono-comfort handlebar provides easy access to the polymer folding grass catcher. The handlebar folds flat for storage or maintenance convenience, while the catcher's design directs air and dust away from the operator. The blade brake clutch stops the blades, allowing you to empty the catcher or remove obstacles without having to restart the engine. The 70l grass catcher features an integrated level indicator for timely emptying notifications.

Equipped with Vario Drive self-propulsion, operators can adjust the speed to their preference. The RM 655 VS boasts a 53 cm (21-inch) cutting width and a central seven-setting cutting deck adjustable from 25 to 85 mm. Its powerful engine maintains a constant speed during mowing, ensuring optimal performance. With its Kohler engine and versatile features, the STIHL RM 655 VS is the ultimate choice for efficiently mowing large lawns.

Vario Self-Drive

The Vario self-propulsion feature allows users to adjust the speed of the STIHL lawn mower according to their personal mowing preferences and the condition of the lawn. By simply using the control lever on the handlebar, the mowing speed can be adjusted.
Blade Brake Clutch

The blade brake clutch disengages the blade and engine to protect the crankshaft. This allows the catcher to be emptied without restarting the engine. The mower can also be driven around the garden without the blades working.

Multi-Blade

Flexible mowing and mulching. The multi-blade allows you to mow and mulch without changing the blade. The specially shaped blades shred the cut grass. Then you decide whether the grass should go into the catcher via air flow or be distributed evenly over the lawn to become a nutrient-rich fertiliser.
Central Cut-Height Adjustment

A scale shows the current height, optimally adapt your mowing to the conditions of the lawn.

Easy-Start System

Whether a cold or warm start, due to the easy-start system, you can start your Mower easily, reliably and with minimal effort.
Mulching Function

Mow and fertilise in a single step. The mulching function saves you having to dispose of cuttings and lets you fertilise your lawn naturally. The mulching blades shred the cut grass into small particles which are then distributed evenly over the lawn.

Folding Catcher

The airstream ensures dense filling while mowing, so you can make optimum use of the full volume of the catcher. The slats on the side of the catcher direct the air towards the ground, which protects you from dirt being swirled up. The fill-level indicator signals the right time for emptying.
Height Adjustable Comfort Handle Bar

The comfort handlebar is only mounted on one side of the lawn mower, making it easier for you to remove the catcher. As the handlebar is height-adjustable without tools, it enables you to mow your lawn comfortably and ergonomically. As the handlebar is also foldable, the lawn mower can be compactly stored and transported.

Aluminium Housing

The aluminium housing is lightweight and the powder-coated surface ensures the housing is also protected against external influences.
