Details

Durable and lightweight, the STIHL ADVANCE ProCOM headset is the ideal hearing protection for forestry professionals and arborists. Featuring an innovative mesh communication system, it can connect up to 16 team members at a range of up to 600m in open terrain.

The ProCOM headsets link automatically when turned on with no additional set up required.

Intelligent noise cancelling and ambient hearing features allow you to be aware of your surroundings and communicate with your team while working.

The headset connects wirelessly via Bluetooth® to your phone so that you can take calls and listen to music. To adjust the headset settings, download the STIHL ProCOM App from the Google Play™ Store or Apple App Store®.

Run time: 9 - 17 hours, depending on the functions used

Smart Noise Cancelling

Intelligent noise reduction capabilities dampen loud noise, it's so quiet you can communicate with your team while working via the intercom system.
Intelligent Ambient Noise

This feature allows you to always listen to what's happening around you without taking off the headset, you can hear the birds chirping at the touch of a button. The headset automatically shields the ear as soon as hearing-damaging noise levels are detected.

Innovative Mesh Communication

This technology allows up to 16 people to be connected within a network, enabling you to stay in contact across distances of up to 600 m. Each headset acts as a signal enhancer, meaning wide areas can be covered. The intercom conference system also enables listening and speaking at the same time, allowing natural telephone conference style communication with high audio quality. You will also receive an alarm if you leave the group range.
Bluetooth® Connection

The headset connects wirelessly via Bluetooth® to your smartphone, allowing you to use your phone without taking it out of your pocket. You can make phone calls and stream music or FM radio without ever needing to remove your hearing protection. You can adjust the headset settings individually via the STIHL ProCOM App available for download from the Google Play™ Store or Apple App Store®.

Advance Procom system with Advance X- Climb helmet

The Advance Procom system matched with the Advance X - Climb helmet is a great match, helmet is very comfortable and stable with internal support that cushions the head well. I wouldn't fit the Advance Procom system to any other helmet of a lower quality or standard due to the head support it gives. I added the Advance Procom system to the helmet that now allows Bluetooth comms, radio, phone, music via mbl. The Advance x- Climb helmet balances well with the addition (small) weight of the comms system. The rechargeable battery life on procom system is excellent 30+ hrs use, quick to recharge and without a doubt both this helmet and procom system are coupled perfectly together, for comfort and ease of use. Earmuffs are comfortable and high quality aircraft grade, great sound and clarity when using phone. Stihl app for procom system allows you to turn the mesh comm function off if only wanting music, phone use. I don't use the meshcom function but will allow you to connect with others in a crew link network. Helmet is high quality, well ventilated and look great and no restrictions when doing tree work. I wear this helmet everyday with no problem, lightweight comfort. Massive thank you to Allan and Desiree at Stihl shop, 1059 Amohau St. Rotorua for all there product support and advice wouldn't have got these Stihl products it if it wasn't for there hard work and technical knowledge & advice. Awesome service & support from this shop and staff as always.. Recommend the helmet with the procom coupled together this helmet. Advance x- climb helmet is well designed and balanced for it. Recommended best system on the market with the usual Stihl quality you'd expect.
